Get Baptized

Dedicating your life to Christ is the most important decision you will ever make in your lifetime. We welcome you into the family of God and celebrate this first step in your life as a believer.

After receiving Christ as your Lord and Savior, the Scripture says we should be baptized as a public confession of our faith. At Wisdom Word Assembly we believe in water baptism by immersion, in obedience to the Bible. We invite you to Celebration Sunday, a time of praise to the King, where we set aside an evening to re-dedicate our lives to Him and baptize those 8 years and older that have received Christ.

Celebration Sundays are held periodically during our evening services and take place in the Praise Center. If you would like to be baptized, please attend a short class prior to your baptism celebration. The classes for ages 8 and older are held in the Praise Center at 5:30pm on any Celebration Sunday evening. If you have questions, please call 210-490-1600 so that we may assist you.
